Data we collect
- Trade account: company name, contact name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, company registration and EU VAT numbers.
- Orders: products ordered, amounts, invoices, purchase history.
- Communications: messages sent by email, phone, WhatsApp or through the contact form.
- Technical data: cookies strictly necessary for the website to work (login, cart, language, security).
We do not collect any bank card data on the website: payments are made by bank transfer, credit card by phone or cheque.

Recipients
Your data is reserved for the Azzano Bijoux team. It is only shared with the service providers needed to run our services: website host (IONOS), carriers (La Poste – Colissimo, Chronopost), our bank and, where applicable, our accountant. It is never sold or rented.
Retention periods
- Customer account: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after the last contact or order.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
- Technical cookies: 13 months maximum.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data.
To exercise these rights, email us at contact@azzanobijoux.com. We reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
