Opening an account with Azzano Bijoux and placing your first order takes a few minutes. A Paris fashion jewellery wholesaler since 1988, we sell to trade customers only: boutiques, concept stores, beauty salons and online shops.

Frequently asked questions
+Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (remotely, by phone on +33 1 44 54 09 84), bank transfer and PayPal. At our Paris showroom you can also pay in cash. Your order ships as soon as payment is received: we do not offer deferred payment terms.
+Do I have to wait for my account to be approved?
No. Your wholesale prices are visible as soon as your trade account is created, so you can order straight away.
+Is there a minimum order?
Yes, €100 excl. VAT per order. There is no minimum per design, though: you can take a single piece of each item to test what sells.
+What are the delivery times and costs?
Orders leave Paris within 24/48 h. In mainland France, Colissimo starts at €12 depending on weight and is free from €300 excl. VAT (mainland France and Belgium). Full details on our Shipping page.
+Do you ship abroad?
Yes, across Europe, the French overseas territories and worldwide. Costs and times are Colissimo's and appear on your invoice. Outside the EU, customs duties are paid by the recipient.
+How do I get my invoice?
Your final invoice is sent to you by e-mail, and you can download it at any time from your customer account.
+An item arrived damaged or is missing. What should I do?
Let us know within 30 days, with a photo: by e-mail at contact@azzanobijoux.com, by WhatsApp +33 7 49 18 79 72 or on +33 1 44 54 09 84. You then choose: a replacement or a credit note on your next order. If the parcel itself is damaged on delivery, note it on the carrier's delivery slip.
+Can I collect my order from the showroom?
Yes, free of charge, from the day after your order, at 135 rue du Temple, 75003 Paris (metro Arts et Métiers or Temple). Open Monday to Thursday 9 am–6 pm, Friday 9 am–5 pm.
